Jesus said: “My people, today’s Gospel is about not making judgments about people because I am the only One to judge them. Many people are quick to notice any defects in others, but they fail to recognize their own sinfulness. Before you start to evangelize people with My help, you need to get your own spiritual life in order. How can you instruct others if your own behavior is not following My laws? Do not be a hypocrite. You should practice what you are preaching. You are all sinners and liable for judgment, so act humbly without judging others. Once you have cleansed your own soul, then you can suggest My salvation for others. Just as I do not force My way on people, you should not try to force your will on people. Invite people to love Me and give them good example, and you will be fulfilling your mission.”

Jesus said: “My people, in the early days of Christianity My faithful hid in caves and catacombs so the Romans could not find them. In the end days My faithful will also be seeking protection at My refuges. My angels will place a shield of invisibility over all of My disciples, and your enemies will not be able to detect you in any way. By this miracle you will be safe from your enemies, and I will provide food and shelter for you as well. Have faith in Me to protect you when the evil ones will want to kill you. I love you, and I ask you to have no fear of the evil ones who will soon be cast into hell at My victory. These shrines will be places of refuge, even if they are not preparing as My other refuges have prepared with stored food and water.”

Jesus said: “My people, the Israelites in today’s first reading were fearful of the Assyrian army as they were about to attack Israel. The king of Israel rent his garments and sat in sackcloth and ashes, and the people prayed to God for protection. Isaiah proclaimed how they would be saved from the Assyrian king. I sent an angel to destroy his army to protect Israel. (4 Kings 19:35) ‘And it came to pass that night, that an angel of the Lord came, and slew in the camp of the Assyrians a hundred and eighty-five thousand.’ You are familiar with this passage as you have used it to show the power of the angels against man when they are given the order by God. These same angels will be protecting My faithful at My refuges. I know that your scholars have speculated on many Biblical passages, but this event of the destruction of the Assyrian army was truly carried out by My angel. In the same way I used plagues to cause the overthrow of the Egyptians, and I destroyed their army as well at the Red Sea. Believe in the power of prayer and My miracles because for Me all things are possible.”

Adopt a Terrorist?

On a website (www.atfp.org) it is possible to adopt a terrorist for prayer. I think this is a very naïve approach. I think this is a type of Lord Chamberland response to terrorism. (Lord Chamberland, the Prime Minister of England, and other liberals of his day, attempted to defend and appease Adolph Hitler and avoid war at all costs. This allowed Hitler to strengthen his position and actually prolonged the inevitable war.) What if this was World War II and we had "Adopt a Nazi for prayer"? I am primarily concerned about the Assyrian and Coptic victims of terror rather than the Muslims who are the perpetrators of the violence against them. I believe what we need to do is to pray for the Christians of the Middle East and try to create awareness of the situation. Why don't we adopt a Middle Eastern Christians for prayer? Let us look at the example of the Apostles. Paul didn't pray for Bar-Jesus the Sorcerer. He rebuked him to his face and removed all his perceived legitimacy.

The Dangerous Concept of Freedom of Speech and Religion

The Constitution allows for freedom of speech and religion. This is a radical idea. In an attempt to take away our rights, the Johnson Amendment was passed in 1954. This amendment allows the government to monitor the content of sermons and to threaten punitive action against those who address certain social and moral issues in their sermons. The IRS threatens to revoke the tax exempt status of churches who do engage in free speech and freedom of religion. The un-Constitutional "Johnson" amendment needs to be revoked. It is not the role of the government or the IRS to review and censor sermons.

Bones of John the Baptist found? A small handful of bones found in an ancient church in Bulgaria may belong to John the Baptist, the biblical figure said to have baptized Jesus. There's no way to be sure, of course, as there are no confirmed pieces of John the Baptist to compare to the fragments of bone. But the sarcophagus holding the bones was found near a second box bearing the name of St. John and his feast date (also called a holy day) of June 24. Now, new radiocarbon dating of the collagen in one of the bones pegs its age to the early first century, consistent with the New Testament and Jewish histories of John the Baptist's life. "We got some dates that are very interesting indeed," study researcher Thomas Higham of the University of Oxford told LiveScience. "They suggest that the human bone is all from the same person, it's from a male, and it has a very high likelihood of an origin in the Near East," or Middle East where John the Baptist would have lived. The bones were found in 2010 by Romanian archaeologists Kazimir Popkonstantinov and Rossina Kostova while excavating an old church site on the island of Sveti Ivan, which translates to St. John. The church was constructed in two periods in the fifth and sixth centuries. Beneath the altar, the archaeologists found a small marble sarcophagus, about 6 inches (15 centimeters) long. Inside were six human bones and three animal bones. The next day, the researchers found a second box just 20 inches (50 cm) away. This one was made of volcanic rock called tuff. On it, an inscription read, "Dear Lord, please help your servant Thomas" along with St. John the Baptist's name and official church feast day. The findings paint a story of a man named Thomas charged with bringing relics, or body parts, of St. John to the island to consecrate a new church there. It was common in the fourth and fifth centuries for wealthy patrons to pay for new churches and to gift saintly relics to the monks who staffed them, Higham told LiveScience. "We can imagine that the construction of this church was predicated on the basis of this very important gift, perhaps from the patron to the monastery," Higham said. The human bones in the box included a knucklebone, a tooth, part of a cranium, a rib and an ulna, or arm bone. The researchers could only date the knucklebone, because radiocarbon dating relies on organic material, and only that bone had enough collagen for a good analysis. The researchers were able to reconstruct DNA sequences from three of the bones, however, showing them to be from the same person, likely a Middle Eastern man. "Our worry was that the remains might have been contaminated with modern DNA," study researcher Hannes Schroeder, formerly of Oxford, said in a statement. "However, the DNA we found in the samples showed damage patterns that are characteristic of ancient DNA, which gave us confidence in the results. Further, it seems somewhat unlikely that all three samples would yield the same sequence considering that they had probably been handled by different people." Schroeder added that "both of these facts suggest that the DNA we sequenced was actually authentic." Strangely, the three animal bones (one from a sheep, one from a cow, and one from a horse), were all about 400 years older than the human bones in the reliquary. Those three bones all seem to come from the same time and location, Higham said. They may have been placed there as a way to desecrate the human bones, he said. Or someone may have just been trying to make the bone box look a little more impressive. "It is very curious," Higham said. istorical research by Oxford professor Georges Kazan suggests that relics supposedly from John the Baptist were on the move out of Jerusalem by the fourth century. Many of these artifacts were shuttled through the ancient city of Constantinople and may well have been gifted to the Sveti Ivan monastery from there. None of this proves that the bones belonged to a historical figure named John the Baptist, but researchers haven't been able to rule out the possibility, Higham said. Their study has not yet been published in a peer-reviewed journal, but a program detailing the research will be aired on the United Kingdom National Geographic Channel on Sunday (June 17). National Geographic funded the research. Read more: http://www.foxnews.com/scitech/2012/06/15/mysterious-bones-may-belong-to-john-baptist/?intcmp=features#ixzz1xu0O3chC

Imminent Global Financial Collapse? (Don't say you weren't warned.) From "Special Report with Bret Baier" All Star Panel: Eurozone woes at G-20 Summit (Comments are Copyright 2012 Fox News Network. Go to www.foxnews.com for full transcript.)

ROBERTS: So if this is a long sort of slow drip, drip, drip, Charles, what happens here to people's savings and their 401(k)?

KRAUTHAMMER: I think the Greek situation is the least of EU's troubles. Because it's a relatively small economy. And if they had the will, it could be sustained indefinitely on life support. The problem is Spain. Spain has now, its long-term interest rates are over seven percent. At six you are in the danger zone. When Greece hits six, it went over a cliff. Spain is hanging there. And then Italy is next. It's got extremely high interest rates, which is impossible to sustain. Which means it's not gonna be able to continue to borrow. It's the third largest economy in the EU. This is all patchwork. I think everybody understands that the train is headed over a cliff. But they patch it up slightly so you get an extra couple of months. But I don't see any way in which Europe is able to pay off the extravagant living it's been on, the social entitlement state it's been on for 65 years. It can't be done. It's gonna stop. The only question is it going to be a crash or is it going to be something more slow motion? I think it's gonna be a crash.

ROBERTS: So, Mara, bring it home. How are Americans affected by all this? The market just a couple of months ago was at 13,400. Then it went down to 12,100, now back about 12,700.

LIASSON: I think from the point of view of White House, they feel that if Europe can avoid a full-blown contagion and a kind of wild collapse, that American banks are insulated against that, and that even though it's a headwind we will be OK. Now if the whole thing falls apart and implodes, then I think it will be very bad for the U.S. economy. We can weather just a Greek pullout.

ROBERTS: 30 seconds Jonah, any way to fix it?

GOLDBERG: I don't think so. I think Milton Friedman was right from the beginning when he said the euro made no sense because it just wouldn't work with that structure. And I think the great irony here is that Obama came into office saying we need to be much more like Europe, that will fix all of our problems. That doesn't sound like great advice now.

ROBERTS: Thanks, all. That's it for the panel. Thanks so much. But stay tuned because if you have a weird pet, they've got a home on YouTube.

WSJ May 17, 2012-an article appeared in the opinion page-A15. It is entitled "Total Sanctions Might Stop Iran"." This article is written by Meir Dagan, August Hanning, R. James Woolsey, Charles Guthrie, Kristen Silverberg and Mark D. Wallace. The caption reads "The regime is hurting. Fully cutting off its access to international business, especially banking and shipping, could be the solution to its bomb program." It's a good article-sadly, I think the global community lacks the collective will to take serious action against Iran-and we have no leadership in the United States-and won't until November-when we have a change of administration.

"America's Syria Abdication" by Fouad Ajami. Fouad Ajami is a Shiite from Lebanon. He is also a very wise commentator on Middle Eastern affairs. The Saudis would like people to think that the Shiites are radical and the Sunni are moderate. But remember, Bin Ladin was a Sunni. Either one could be radical-or more moderate. The point of this article is that America MUST act on behalf of the Syrian people AGAINST the Assad Regime. The fact of the matter is that Obama is not going to do anything to help these people in need-he is too busy screwing up America and the world. It is going to take a lot of work to undo all the damage Obama has done to America and the world.

Now more non-whites than whites born in America also May 17-"For the first time in U.S. history, most of the nations babies are members of minority groups, according to new census figures that signal the down of an era in which Anglos will no longer be in the majority." In May 2012, for the first time in America, more non-Whites were born in hospitals than Whites. This means that, in the very near future, non-whites, blacks, Hispanics and others, will outnumber whites. I don't see this as a positive development. Unless these trends are reversed-America will fracture among different racial and ethnic groups. There will be more racial conflict as different groups struggle for dominance. The United States will collapse and will cease to exist as we know it. Now, this is something that the Liberals and Democrats have struggled to bring about for decades. Soon, their "dreams" will come to fruition. But, I think we will see violence and civil conflict. Liberals have encouraged massive immigration-legal and legal-to bring drastic demographic change to America. Their goal is "diversity." The center cannot hold when there is more that divides us than unites us. Things will fall apart. It's called "Balkanization." The reality is that where you do have ethnic diversity, Quebec, Bosnia, Belgium, Nigeria, you invariably have ethnic conflict. Liberals have worked for decades to reduce the Anglo population to a minority due to their leftwing political ideology of multi-culturalism and "diversity." I admire many diverse cultures-I have traveled and read widely- but I love America and it grieves me to see it undone.

Obama's power grab-now the president bypasses congress to make new laws

Obama on June 15 stated that he will ignore congress and legalize about 12 million illegal aliens. I believe that the whole purpose here is to commit voter fraud. Obama wants to make it easier for illegal aliens to vote. I sympathize with the children who were brought here by their parents and have grown up in the United States. I take a hard-line on immigration-but I think that we should be humane towards the children. First, the border needs to be secured. The problem here is that Obama is bypassing congress in an illegal and unconstitutional manner.

5 Signs China’s Economy Is Headed for the Slaughterhouse

To contact us Click HERE

Sean Brodrick

We know that China’s central government is worried about its nation’s economy. In early June, China’s central bank surprised markets by cutting interest rates for the first time since 2008 to combat faltering growth.

Policymakers also pushed a “Cash for Clunkers” program to boost car sales and offered incentives for consumers to buy more energy-efficient appliances, two more signs of economic weakness.

Would one interest-rate cut solve the problem? Or are things getting worse? Here are five things I’m watching, and I’ll also give you one idea to play the trend in China.

1. Expectations for Economic Growth Are Tumbling. In recent months, economic growth in China has not only slowed — it’s slowed faster than most people expected.

First, you should note that first-quarter GDP fell to 8.1%, which is A) lower than last year’s 9.25 growth, B) lower than expectations and C) way off the peak of 14% hit in 2007. Sure, that 14% was unsustainable — but expectations keep going lower and lower.

Deutsche Bank just lowered its forecast for China’s economic growth this year to 7.9% while Credit Suisse cut its estimate to 7.7%. And an adviser to the Chinese government, Zheng Xinli, deputy head of the China Center for International Economic Exchanges, said on Wednesday that China’s economic growth could drop below 7% in the second quarter.

That’s important because the last time China’s economic growth was that low was during the global financial crisis! For comparison purposes, China reported economic growth of just 6.6% in the first quarter of 2009.

2. Manufacturing Slumps. The HSBC China Manufacturing Purchasing Managers’ Index (PMI) has indicated contraction for the last eight months, falling to a seven-month low of 48.1 in June from a final reading of 48.4 in May.

Importantly, the new orders and export order sub-indices both declined. And both input and output prices dived to their lowest levels in over two years as a sub-index measuring output hit a three-month low.

Making things worse, the official PMI has also started to drop, falling to 50.4 in May from 53.3 in April. Analysts said the official reading was finally catching up with the flash PMI reading, which is intended to give an early signal to changing economic conditions.

Speaking of changing conditions, and dramatic ones at that …

3. Metals Manufacturers Turn from Pig Iron … to Pigs! China’s steel production fell 2.5% in May compared to April. Iron ore spot import prices fell 8% through most of May. And output of copper fell 1.4% month-on-month, its second-consecutive month of decline.

How anemic is steel demand in China? It’s SO BAD … Wuhan Iron & Steel is apparently venturing into pig farming, as the steel business is no longer profitable.

Hey, people always need to eat. They need pigs more than pig iron, Wuhan figures.

And it’s not the only one.

Shanxi Coking Coal Group, a leading coking coal producer, is venturing into the pig-slaughtering business with China’s biggest hog processor, Shuanghui Group. According to the report, the two companies will build a pig slaughterhouse with an annual output of 2 million pigs.

But will the slaughterhouse require as much energy as a steel plant? Probably not even close, which leads to our next sign that China’s economy is on the decline.

4. Energy Demand Is Weakening. Power output is linked to economic growth, so everyone has been freaking out over the following chart showing China’s power output and GDP. (The blue line shows power output year-over-year, while the red line represents GDP growth.)

It sure looks like power output is leading China’s GDP much lower.

Power-generation growth was sluggish at just 2.7% after its weakest pace in three years in April. Coal inventory in the five biggest power plants in Guangdong’s power grid now hits 20 days or more, way higher than the normal required level of 15 days.

And take a look at inventories of thermal coal at Qinhuangdao, one of the biggest ports in China.

Inventory level has reached 9.5 billion metric tons. That is even more than the previous record of 9.3 million tons, set in November 2008, near the bottom of the global financial downturn.

Warehouses are so full of coal, incoming trains can’t unload their cargoes, because it’s just more supply that needs a home in already-full storage spaces.

Why is there so much coal piling up in Qinhuangdao? Demand for coal falls as electricity production drops.

What about oil?

China’s crude oil imports rose 0.4% in May to a record 6 million barrels, but that’s because China is building up oil stockpiles. On the other hand, refinery run-rates in China fell 0.7% in May from a year earlier … and then fell another 2.5% in June.

5. Trade Numbers Are Weak. The pace of Chinese export growth fell to 4.9% year-over-year, down from 8.9% the previous month. Meanwhile, imports climbed just 0.3% year-over-year versus expectations of a 10.9% jump.

Import slowdown reflected weakening demand for both non-commodity ordinary imports and raw materials. And because import demand centers on investments, this also acts as an indicator for investment growth.

It’s also an indicator that the Chinese economy is in for a bumpy ride and maybe a hard landing.

China’s trade picture is looking even worse with Europe on the skids. Much to the surprise of many Americans, we aren’t the No. 1 market for Chinese-made junk — Europe is. And with Europe on the brink of its own economic meltdown, this is dragging on China’s economy.

Nearly 22% of China’s exports head to Europe, contributing nearly 6% to China’s GDP; only 17% of exports from China are shipped to the U.S.

So with Europe slumping into recession, how big of a bite will that take out of China’s GDP? I don’t know, but I’m glad not to be long China right now.

Why Things Could Be Even Worse

Recently, mainstream media sources including The New York Times called out China for massaging its economic data to make it look better than it really is:

“Officials in some cities and provinces are also overstating economic output, corporate revenue, corporate profits and tax receipts, the corporate executives and economists said. The officials do so by urging businesses to keep separate sets of books, showing improving business results and tax payments that do not exist.

“The executives and economists roughly estimated that the effect of the inaccurate statistics was to falsely inflate a variety of economic indicators by 1 or 2 percentage points. That may be enough to make very bad economic news look merely bad.”

So is China headed for a hard landing? The last time China faced real economic troubles was in 2009, when economic growth fell to just 6.6% in the first quarter.

Growth hasn’t dipped to that level yet. But anecdotal evidence suggests China’s job market is just as bad as, or worse than, it was in the last crisis. That’s because smaller and mid-sized private firms are increasingly struggling with slackening orders, rapid wage increases and higher raw material costs.

This time around, the vast majority of market analysts expect Chinese economic growth to bottom this quarter — in other words, right now — or early next quarter. If that doesn’t happen, the bottom could fall out of Chinese stocks.

In Red-Hot Global Resources, we’ve taken steps to protect ourselves by buying a bearish fund that goes up twice as much as a leading basket of Chinese stocks goes down. It’s called the ProShares UltraShort FTSE China 25 (FXP). But we could sell at any time, so you shouldn’t buy it just because I like it right now.

If you’re investing on your own, do your own due diligence. Remember, especially with these leveraged funds, you have to use protective stops, and know when you’re getting out before you get in.

All the best,

Sean

Iran launches new era of Egyptian relations

To contact us Click HERE

Egypt and Iran are set to restart bilateral relations after more than three decades of animosity. Iran will place no limits on the strengthening of relations with Egypt, said President Ahmadinejad in his first phone call with his counterpart.

He invited newly-elected Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi to a summit of Non-Aligned Movement nations to be held in Tehran.

The non-Aligned movement is a group of countries that see themselves as set apart from the mainstream politics of the major world powers.

“Egypt’s role in this movement is undeniable, and constructive cooperation between Iran and Egypt in this movement can have many positive outcomes,” said Ahmedinejad.

He added that Iran was prepared to bolster ties in the fields of technology, industry and economy, stressing the necessity of political dialogue to discuss problems that affect both nations.

Ahmedinejad congratulated Morsi on his election success, and said that the two nations shared a cultural heritage, underlining that Iran would always stand by the Egyptians.

Morsi for his part said “the Non-Aligned Movement is an important meeting which is like an umbrella covering many Islamic and non-Islamic nations, and I hope to witness the realization this international organization’s aims,” the Iranian state news website Mehr reported him as saying.

Iranian-Egyptian relations fell into a period of stagnation following the signing of an Egyptian peace treaty with Israel in 1979.

However, upon assuming the Egyptian presidency, Morsi voiced his wishes to rekindle diplomatic ties with Iran and possibly reconsider the peace treaty with Israel.

Egypt is predominantly made up of Sunni Muslims, while Iran belongs to the Shiite group of Islam which has been a source of contention between the two nations in the past.

Meanwhile, the ascension of a member of the Muslim Brotherhood party was met with concern by the Israeli press who view an Islamist in the seat of Egyptian power as a potential threat.

Morsi announced that he wished to reconsider the terms of the peace treaty with Israel on the grounds that the accords were unequal and made under pressure from the US.

In response Israel’s PM Benjamin Netanyahu sent a letter to Cairo, urging the newly elected President to honor Egypt’s contractual agreements with Israel.

The weather has been very “off” here this winter.  Most days it has felt like spring.  With this weather comes a change in local produce.  Little Love and I noticed strawberries showing up at our local farmers market, and of course, she wanted some.  She also wanted a strawberry milkshake, how could I refuse, I love them too!
Little Love enjoying her Strawberry Milkshake.

Strawberry Milkshake
Equipment: Blender
·      2 ½ cups frozen organic strawberries (about 25 strawberries)·      1 cup raw whole milk, raw cream or coconut milk* (See Resources)·      1 teaspoon gluten-free organic vanilla extract (I use Simply Organic)·      3-4 tablespoons raw local honey or organic maple syrup grade B·      1 PASTURED raw egg yolk, optional* (ONLY use pastured eggs)
1.    Place frozen strawberries, milk, vanilla, honey and pastured egg yolk in blender.  COVER with lid, you do not want everything all over your kitchen.

2.   Blend on a medium speed until combined and smooth, about 30 – 45 seconds.

3.   Serve immediately, enjoy!
Little Love having another Strawberry Milkshake.

Yield: 3 cups
Vegan-Option: Use coconut milk instead of dairy, organic maple syrup grade B instead of honey and omit the egg yolk.
Note: I do NOT recommend using raw egg yolks from non-pastured eggs.  If you choose to use raw egg yolk, make sure the egg is pastured and that the egg is in good condition with no cracks anywhere.  Buy local and get to know your farmers!
*For California residents, check out my favorite raw milk/cream from Claravale Farm.  They sell to stores and co-ops all over CA.  And for pastured eggs, check out my favorite farmers at Cache Creek Meat Co.

4.   Add chocolate, butter and honey to the double boiler or glass bowl.  Place over medium-low heat.  Stir with a wooden spoon until everything has melted and is smooth and shiny.  Set aside to cool for about 5 minutes (if using a glass bowl, remove the bowl from the saucepan, if using a double boiler, remove the top part and set aside).

My favorite helper.

5.    In a separate bowl, crack eggs, break yolks with a fork and mix.  Add sprouted brown rice flour, vanilla and salt, stir to combine.
6.   Once chocolate mixture has slightly cooled, add a small amount to the egg mixture.  Stir to combine, add a little bit more of the chocolate mixture, and again, stir to combine.  Adding the small amount in the beginning keeps the eggs from “cooking.”  Add the remaining chocolate mixture and stir to combine.
Little Love slowly adding the chocolate mixture to the egg mixture.

7.   Divide evenly into 6 ramekins.

8.   Place in preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.  Tops should be cracked and insides should be hot and gooey.
9.   Serve hot.  Turn ramekin upside down onto serving plate, the little cake will slip right out.
Warm Chocolate Cake w/ Vanilla Ice Cream and Strawberries.

Enjoy every bite!
Yield: Makes 6 mini cakes.
Optional Toppings: These taste wonderful with a little bit of medium-ground Himalayan Pink Salt on the top.  Serve alone or with fresh berries, fresh berry sauce, vanilla ice cream or homemade whipped cream.
Note: These are meant to have a soft, gooey center.  The edges should form a nice “crust” and the inside should be very soft.  Do not overcook.
Storage: These are delicious cold too!  They become more like a fudge cake.  Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.  Eat cold or reheat at a low, warming temperature in the oven for a couple of minutes.  They are still just as good the second day.

Roasted Spaghetti Squash w/ Green Garlic, Brown Butter & Parmesan

Okay, so I have to be honest, Spaghetti Squash is not my favorite.  I know, so many people love it.  It’s not that I don’t like it, I just don’t care for it as much on it’s own.  I prefer to eat it with a sauce that has bold flavor.
This is one of my favorite ways to eat Spaghetti Squash.  I always roast it, I don’t care for it when it’s been steamed or boiled, I find that it really lacks in flavor, so roasting is always a must.  Then add a bunch of brown butter, green garlic and parmesan, how can you go wrong?  It’s really a wonderful flavor combination, lacking in green though, so make sure to serve it with a salad or some dark leafy greens.
Roasted Spaghetti Squash w/ Green Garlic, Brown Butter & Parmesan
Green garlic is young garlic and is much more subtle in flavor than mature garlic.  It adds a lovely mild garlic flavor.
Equipment: Cutting Board, Sharp Knife, Microplane Rasp Grater or Standing Grater, Large Baking Pan (I use a stoneware large bar pan), Fork, Large Mixing Bowl, Medium-Size Saucepan
·      1 medium-size spaghetti squash, halved lengthwise and seeded ·      3 tablespoons pasture butter, plus 1 teaspoon (See Resources)·      1 tablespoon green garlic, grated ·      ½ - 1 cup raw parmesan cheese, grated·      ¼ teaspoon Celtic sea salt, plus more for seasoning (See Resources)
Roasting the Squash
Note: Prepare brown butter sauce while squash is roasting.
1.    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2.   Prep spaghetti squash, cut in half and remove seeds and membranes with a metal spoon.
3.   Use about 1 teaspoon of butter or fat of choice to “grease” the cut sides of the squash.  Season with sea salt.  Place squash cut sides down on the baking pan.

4.   Roast about 40-45 minutes, until squash is tender and edges are golden brown.  Remove from oven, let cool slightly.

5.    Using a fork, gently scrape squash to remove flesh in long strands.  Place in a large mixing bowl, set aside.
Green Garlic-Brown Butter Sauce
1.    Prep green garlic, wash, then remove green tops and bottom roots.  Grate white-purple-green part with a Microplane rasp grater or a standing grater.  Set aside.
2.   In medium-size saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat.  Once butter has melted, continue to heat the butter.  DO NOT WALK AWAY from this step.  Butter can burn very quickly and you do not want burnt butter flavor.  From time to time, grab the handle of the pan and slowly swirl the butter.  The butter will start to turn a light golden brown color at the bottom of the pan and will have a different aroma, a “toasted” smell.  At this point, watch it very carefully; you do not want to overcook it.  Continue to swirl the butter in the pan, it will gradually start to turn dark golden brown … it is DONE at this point (this can take about 5-7 minutes total, depending on saucepan type and stovetop heat).  Immediately remove from heat.

3.   Add grated green garlic to brown butter and swirl pan.  Let sit for about 1-2 minutes.  Pour over cooked spaghetti squash in large bowl.
4.   Grate parmesan cheese.  Add grated parmesan and sea salt to the cooked spaghetti squash.  Toss and check for seasonings.
5.    Serve immediately, top with extra grated parmesan.  I use the cooked squash shells as bowls and serve the spaghetti squash in them.

Yield: 2-4 servings.
Note: If you cannot find green garlic (green garlic is seasonal, check out local farmers markets to find green garlic) you can substitute with fresh garlic cloves (1-2 garlic cloves grated or finely minced).
Have Leftovers? This stores well in the refrigerator, reheat in the oven on a low temperature.

Cinnamon-Thyme Tea

To contact us Click HERE

This is one of my favorite go-to natural remedies.  I love it!  I don’t get sick that often, but when I do, this tea is a must.  It’s important to start drinking this tea as soon as you start to feel a little off.  It will help speed up the healing process as it strengthens your immune system.
Cinnamon is known for it’s warming effect, which is really beneficial when you are sick.  It’s sweet and spicy, adds a wonderful flavor and it aids in digestion too.
Thyme is an amazing herb.  Most people think of it as a culinary herb, but it has medicinal properties too.  It’s naturally antimicrobial, helps strengthen the immune system and it helps prevent recurrent infections.

Monday, June 18, 2012:
Jesus said: “My people, you have read the story of how Jezebel had Naboth killed by her false accusations so King Ahab could obtain Naboth’s vineyard. (1 Kings 21:3) There is such a phrase as a ‘Jezebel spirit’ and it refers to someone who acts like Jezebel in a ruthless manner of control. She was a believer in Baal and she tried to remove all of My prophets in Israel. She also had shrines to Baal erected in their place. It was Elijah who defeated the prophets of Baal, and he had them all killed, despite Jezebel’s attempts to kill him. There are many evil people in this world, and you may have to confront the evil that they are doing. Do not use physical weapons to fight evil, but call on Me and My angels to deal with such evil. Even Jezebel and many evil people have been removed as punishment for their evil deeds. Keep your blessed sacramentals on you for a defense against the evil spirits. By trusting in Me, I will deal with the evil around you, and I will bring My victory against these evil ones in My time. Using Confession can keep your souls free from sin, and that is why I showed you these confessionals in the vision.”

Jesus said: “My people, I have told you before that your freedoms would be taken away from you one by one. You have a situation in America where your Executive Branch is taking over more power from your Congress in regard to immigration, war powers, printing money, and many violations of your Bill of Rights. Executive orders are being passed that are definitely in violation of your Constitution, and your personal liberties. Even your courts are making laws without Congress. The one world people are directing a takeover of your country, and you do not even put up a fight over your freedoms that are being taken away. Eventually, you will have a dictatorship of the new world order that will be seeking to kill those who believe in God. When your lives are in danger from the coming martial law, I will warn you when it is time to seek safety at My refuges. My angels will make you invisible to your enemies so you will not need weapons. Trust in My caring for you in this modern day Exodus, so you should have no fear and only peace in My love.”

Tuesday, June 19, 2012: (St. Romuald)
Jesus said: “My people, many people on earth fail to appreciate the many beautiful things of My creation that were all made perfect in the beginning. Many of your plants and animals have been manipulated by man in the changing of their genetic make-up. Man in his scientific pride thinks that he can improve on My perfectly made things. Man’s view does not look at the big picture, but only on things that he likes, which is why you are destroying My balance of nature. You are seeing more cancers and sicknesses from all of your adulterated foods and the pollution of your environment. This is why I will have to renew the earth from all of your misguided changes. Even man and woman were made perfect before Adam’s sin. But now you all have inherited a weakness to sin, and you needed My redeeming act of My death to offer you an opportunity for salvation. I have asked all of you to seek perfection as My heavenly Father is perfect. I know that you cannot do this on your own, so I have given you My sacraments of grace to help you. Many of the Gospels have given you models and examples to follow so you could improve your spiritual lives. My teachings are all about loving Me and loving your neighbor. I even have asked you to love your enemies and persecutors as a means of striving for perfection. It is easy to love those who love you, but it takes an extra effort to love those who have harmed you or have insulted you. Be able to forgive everyone as I forgive you, and you will not be far from entering My kingdom of heaven.”

Jesus said: “My people, over the last few years you have seen several underwater earthquakes off the coast of Oregon. This is of particular concern because of a possible underwater earthquake that could cause a tsunami. The earthquake in the vision was severe enough to cause damage to buildings, but the tsunami in the vision was only about ten feet high. There are many earthquakes on this Pacific Rim, and this area has been due for a good sized earthquake. This is not the big earthquake for San Francisco, but it may be a precursor for a larger earthquake. I have warned My people to avoid living close to the coastline in tsunami and earthquake prone areas. My people need to be ready for some big disasters in these end times, especially if they are severe enough to cause a martial law. I will warn My people when it is time to come to My refuges. Trust in My protection, and have your things ready to leave for My refuges.”
